ABOUT LISA MCKITTY

Lisa has been in the mortgage finance business for over 30 years. She has spent this time assisting hundreds if not thousands of people obtain the American dream through homeownership. Her relentless pursuit of helping others and knowledge allows her to set clients up for a less complicated and less cumbersome experience. She and her team make sure that they can provide accurate and timely preapproval letters to take the guessing and doubts away.She is well aware that this process is not easy by any means. However, she makes it easy to understand by properly preparing her client, keeping them and their agents informed and hand-holding through the entire process. Family- Mother of 2. Jade my beautiful daughter and the late Sgt. Julian Harris of the United States Army. Coolest Place she has traveled- Bermuda because it has the most beautiful hues of blues I have ever seen in a body of water. Paris, France still remains on my bucket list. Why I believe in homeownership – I believe homeownership delivers a sense of pride and dignity. You’re contributing to the economy through homeownership and owning a piece of the land. It’s the “American Dream”! What do you do different than your competitors – With my background being mortgage processing and underwriting, I have the knowledge to determine what the lender will need prior to submitting the file for review. I also have quite an extensive background in working with our military…active duty, reservist and veterans. They need to stay focused on protecting our country and I want to help make financing less cumbersome. Giving back – what charities are you involved in – Volunteer at Haley VA Hospital, Metropolitan Ministries, Autism Speaks, TAPS -Tragedy Assistance Program for Survivors, and GoldStar Mothers of America.
