ABOUT LISA MAYNARD-ATEM

I’m the founder of STYLISA, an ecosystem increasing the visibility, capital, and influence of women. It sits at the intersection of narrative, positioning, and access, exploring how founders are seen, valued, and move into the opportunities they’re ready for.Alongside this, I work with ambitious, purpose-driven founders, particularly women and underrepresented entrepreneurs, helping them position themselves at the level they’re operating at, so they can attract funding, partnerships, and long-term growth.Too many brilliant founders remain overlooked. Not because their ideas lack potential, but because their brand doesn’t reflect their true value. My work focuses on closing that gap.STYLISA FoundHers is a key part of this ecosystem, a storytelling platform that spotlights bold female founders and opens up conversations around visibility, access, and funding. It continues to evolve through initiatives such as FoundHer FundHers, which explores how women engage with money, investment, and long-term financial positioning.Alongside STYLISA, I contribute to wider conversations around innovation, skills, and global opportunity. I sit on the board of The Blair Project, a motorsport-based STEM and innovation organisation, and support initiatives such as Verciti, an immersive EdTech platform for net-zero skills. If you’re building something meaningful and want to position yourself for the opportunities that match your ambition, feel free to get in touch. l•••@lisamaynardatem.com
