Hello LinkedIn Community! Over the course of my 20 years in integrated technologies, I have had the privilege to work alongside some of the world’s most extraordinary subject matter experts, designers, leaders, and marketers in the industry. From my early years as a system designer to my extensive experiences in marketing, I have enjoyed learning how technologies can enhance our everyday lives, informing, entertaining, and challenging us while making us safer, more efficient, and more effective. When challenged to bring a new product to market, create a campaign, or craft a presentation, I draw from these rich experiences and focus on communicating how the solution fulfills the customers’ vision and provides a successful outcome. I am passionate about design and how we engage within a space. I appreciate impactful audio, lighting, and visual solutions that elegantly integrate into a room’s aesthetic and was excited to introduce them to the architectural and design community through AIA courses during my career. I enjoy learning about emerging technologies and imagining their impact across various applications. As Xchange\'s Community Manager, I\'m excited to help showcase these incredible possibilities with our Pro AV community. My strengths include: • Fostering collaboration across multi-functional, multi-disciplinary teams and business units in geographically-dispersed locations • Leading constraint-free ideation to add a high level of energy and excitement to the innovation process, creating an engaged workplace environment that generates compelling and exciting ideas, plans of action, solutions, and projects • Collaborating with all project stakeholders, managing expectations, and achieving desired outcomes • Identifying trending topics and coordinating key SMEs from across the organization, industry, or outside enterprise to explore via a meaningful podcast discussion or virtual event • Creating powerful presentations to demonstrate deep knowledge of the customer’s vision and the alignment of the company’s capabilities • Product positioning and branding • Go-to-market strategies and activities I enjoy travel, food, and live music.
