I’ve navigated both sides of M&A, guided platform integration, and built cultures that attract top talent and deliver measurable results.Previously Chief Growth Officer at NV5 and President of Alta Environmental, I’ve learned that successful profitable growth is a mindset, powered by clarity and trust. Appointed by the U.S. EPA to a national advisory task force on stormwater infrastructure finance, I bring both technical grounding and strategic vision to every challenge.Because great companies don’t just grow bigger, they grow better.
