ABOUT LISA MARIE RICCI

With over 15 years of experience in the snow removal and landscaping industry, I have cultivated a comprehensive understanding of what drives success within this dynamic field. My career began with hands-on roles across various companies—from small, one-man operations to large, well-established businesses. These experiences allowed me to gain valuable insights into both the strengths and weaknesses of the industry, which ultimately helped shape the foundation for my own business. In 2015, I co-founded Markland Wood Group, a family-owned and operated company, with the vision of offering reliable, high-quality snow removal and landscaping services. While we initially focused on serving single-family residential properties, we have since grown to serve over 20 condominium corporations across the Greater Toronto Area—a testament to our commitment to excellence and client satisfaction. At Markland Wood Group, we operate with core values of respect, integrity, and hard work—values that have been instilled in our business from the very beginning. These principles guide our day-to-day operations and are reflected in every interaction with clients, employees, and partners. As we continue to grow and expand, I remain dedicated to evolving our services to meet the ever-changing needs of our clients.
