I support older adults (typically 75+) who are leaving long-time homes and don’t have the family support needed to manage the process. Often transitions stall because they require someone to coordinate decisions, logistics, emotions and timelines all at once.I act as the neutral project lead who moves the transition forward while protecting dignity and reducing stress for everyone involved.I’m typically brought in by:• Estate lawyers• Trust officers & wealth advisors• Senior living communities• Executors handling estates.What I manage:– Downsizing and sorting decades of belongings– Relocation to independent or assisted living– Estate clear-outs and property preparation– Coordination of movers, donations, disposal and repairs– Settling-in support after the move.Families in this transition aren’t looking for a moving company, they need leadership, structure and follow-through.My role is to make sure the process actually finishes.If you work with older adults navigating a transition and they don’t have someone to coordinate the details, I’m happy to be a resource.
