I\'m pleased to become affiliated with Kaye Bender Rembaum. After so many years with the same company, it is great to see how a smaller law firm dedicated solely to the representation of community associations can be so effective for our clientele. My work and experience with condos, HOAs and other common interest realty associations over the past 19 years includes the myriad of legal and administrative issues confronted by Boards of Directors and management (CAMs). Among other things, I help community association leaders and CAMs stay in compliance with state, local and federal laws and administrative regulations, interpret, draft/amend and enforce governing documents, provide advice and counsel regarding association operations and dealings with vendors, contractors and other professionals.
