Throughout my academic and professional journey, I have been driven by a deep curiosity about how complex systems - whether human, organizational, or technological - function and interact. My background in psychology, with a strong emphasis on research, paired with hands-on experience in Human Resources and now in my current role as an Inventory Analyst, has given me a unique perspective on how people, processes, and systems operate within the business world. As I continue working toward a degree in Systems Engineering and learning in my current role, I am eager to broaden my understanding of business operations (e.g, supply chain, finance), so I can see how decisions can impact an entire organization.My goal is to remain in the business world, where I can act as a bridge between people, data, and technology. I’m looking to continue learning how businesses operate at scale, and I’m motivated to lead cross-divisional teams that bring together diverse expertise to solve complex problems. By combining my background in psychology and HR with technical training and operational experience, I am committed to continuous growth, collaboration across disciplines, and applying knowledge in a tangible, impactful way.
