I’m a bridge-builder, storyteller, and mental health advocate who believes healing happens in relationships—not just in treatment rooms. As Executive Director of NAMI Knoxville, I have the privilege of leading stigma-free initiatives that unite corporate leadership, faith leaders, behavioral health professionals, and community stakeholders to champion mental wellness across East Tennessee. With a background in public-facing leadership, event production, and strategic partnerships, I’ve helped shape programs that meet people where they are—whether that’s on a baseball field, in a pulpit, a public park, or a city commission meeting. From throwing the first pitch at a Tennessee Smokies game to developing 30-day mental health devotionals for faith communities, my work reflects a deep commitment to education, equity, and engagement.
