As Wellness Program Manager at Huntington National Bank, I coordinated well-being programs to align with our Huntington Total Health brand. This work included everything from assisting individual colleagues to working with the C-suite and attending team meetings, writing communications to engage colleagues, and searching for new leading edge vendors to support our colleagues. Managed vendor partnerships with multiple vendor partners, including Anthem, Cigna, Ceridian, LifeWorks, and Virgin Pulse, our well-being vendor partner. Recruited a network of 42 wellness champions throughout the Huntington footprint of colleagues to coordinate corporate programs and help to manage local wellness opportunities. Managed ongoing communications to promote welfare plan and wellness initiatives. Regularly managed maintenance and new content for our Huntington Total Health internet site. Wrote communications of benefits programs for colleagues. Managed the colleague recognition program, platform, engagement, and analysis of engagement with Dittman Next Level. Reviewed and researched new, leading edge opportunities to provide the most innovative and current wellbeing and benefits initiatives. Completed ongoing education in areas of health care management strategies and design, and wellness engagement. Oversight of 3 onsite fitness sites in Columbus and Akron, as well as an onsite Wellness Center in partnership with OhioHealth. Administered other benefit plans such as discount programs, parking programs, onsite activities in the footprint, Smart City programs, and other colleague driven initiatives.
