I have worked in all parts of the mortgage industry:Underwriting/Approval of the loan-FHA, VA, Conventional and Jumbo loans. Hold FHA and VA designations;Processing- Documenting the file so that it could be approved and sold;Origination-Taking a good thorough loan application and knowing the laws, rules and regulations;Compliance-worked with compliance department as well as entities to investigate fraud;Training-train homebuyers for non-profit organizations as needed, as well as mentor/train loan officers, LOA\'s, and realtors regarding mortgage information over the course of my career;Secondary Marketing-started my career in Correspondent Development.I am proud to be associated with the 2018 Leadership Team of Columbus Realtors, and I am a 2018 Co-chair for Affordable Housing. I also worked on the Education Committee.
