ABOUT LISA HARDESS

Lisa is a consultant and coach focused on leadership, communication and lasting results. Lisa brings her experience in planning and education to generate strategies, project / action plans, learning and development tools and methods that are tailored to the needs of the project / team. She executes and/or coaches the team through implementation to provide the appropriate level of support. Lisa brings her experience as a community planner, educator, business owner and parent to to her practice to create a safe space that is inclusive and supports transformation and growth among her team and clients. Through her many years working cross-culturally with First Nations, both in planning and education, Lisa has become an excellent listener and an adept and inspiring communicator who creates methods and tools that best fit the audience. Lisa has consulted for corporate, First Nation communities, not-for-profit and education sectors and provided coaching to individuals and entrepreneurs. She has led 100+ Individuals and groups of business owners and entrepreneurs in workshops, developed specialized training, and provided short and long-term coaching support on: business strategy, goal setting, action planning and implementation, enhanced teamwork, onboarding, and communication. Lisa has managed projects ranging from climate change adaptation to watershed planning to contaminated site remediation to corporate team building with teams in-person, remotely, hybrid, and across Canada to provide excellent results, on time and on budget. Lisa has a MSc in Rural Planning and Development, an Honours Bachelor of Science (Environmental Science/Biology) and a Bachelor of Education.
