I work to build strong, trusting relationships with my grantees, helping them understand Federal process and requirements, and partnering with them to achieve successful outcomes. I have experience working on planning/feasibility studies, non-construction, and construction projects across EDA’s regular programs as well as the Build Back Better Regional Competition, Tech Hubs and the Recompete Pilot Program. Within the Denver Regional Office, I developed an award processing guide for EDA\'s new EDGE grant management system, and provided training and support to colleagues to improve adoption and proficiency of the new system.To support workplace culture, I represent EDA on the Cesar Chavez Building\'s Fitness Center committee and started a monthly lunchtime gathering for women working in the building to connect and grow their networks.
