ABOUT LISA COPELAND

Training for an IRONMAN has been my cornerstone in mastering success in business communication. Since the age of 8, my parents\' decision to immerse me in the competitive world of sports has shaped the trajectory of my life. Drawing from my experiences as a competitive athlete, I infuse my programs with meaningful and memorable stories that resonate with audiences.My IRONMAN Principles of training serve as the backbone of my teachings on the significance of communication in business. By leveraging these principles, I facilitate transformation, turning communication chaos into tangible results—profit, performance, and productivity.Throughout my career as a communication coach, I\'ve had the privilege of sharing my expertise across diverse business cultures worldwide. From boardrooms to conference halls, I\'ve guided teams to unlock their communication potential and achieve their goals.In 2017-18, I had the honor of serving as President of the National Speakers Association Northwest Chapter, a role that allowed me to further refine my leadership and communication skills. That same year, I was bestowed with the prestigious CSP (Certified Speaking Professional) Award, a recognition attained by fewer than 12% of global speakers. Notably, I am one of only three Registered Dental Hygienists to have earned this distinction.After five fulfilling years in Singapore, I returned to the U.S, eager to continue my journey of empowering individuals and organizations through effective communication. Outside of work, I am passionate about triathlons, cycling, swimming, snowboarding, and exploring new destinations through travel.
