I am an experienced, action-oriented professional. As County Clerk, I am the CEO, CFO and COO for the department responsible for elections, property records, marriage licenses and records management. This involves handling operations, crisis planning, organizational and culture development, employee development and succession planning, process improvement and project management. I am capable of both strategic planning/vision and understanding the details needed for implementation.My prior work in the private sector allowed me to become highly skilled in communication, community building, business and brand strategy, marketing planning and design. I have an MBA with a focus on marketing, an undergraduate degree in graphic design, and am a Certified County Clerk. I am a connector of people, ideas and action.
