About Lisa F.
I’m a Healthcare IT Project Manager with over a decade of experience supporting enterprise technology initiatives across hospital systems, payer organizations, and legal service environments. My background includes leading EHR implementations and optimization efforts, primarily with Epic, Cerner, and McKesson, as well as CMS integrations for legal tech platforms such as Filevine, Clio, SmartAdvocate, Neos and CasePeer. I take pride in being a strong connector between clinical, operational, and technical teams; helping to translate complex requirements into thoughtful solutions that support adoption, compliance, and workflow efficiency. Much of my work has focused on building scalable systems and onboarding processes that serve both users and business goals. I’m currently expanding my understanding of how AI can enhance project delivery, especially in regulated industries, through IBM’s Generative AI Specialization.
