In my role as a Human Capital Management Consultant for ADP, I partner with midsize businesses of 150 to employees to find game-changing solutions for their business process challenges. My background in the industry has provided me with important insight and experience in helping companies in a number of industries, including healthcare, financial services, manufacturing, retail, and more. Most people think of ADP as “that payroll company,” but since our inception almost 70 years ago, we are so much more! Our clients rely on us to guide them in decisions about: Taxes and Regulatory Compliance Human Resource solutions Streamlining back-office procedures Which procedures to outsource in order to focus on strategy and increase ROI Employee engagement, recruitment, and retention—from Hire to Retire! Data integration solutions and much more! We regularly will go through diagnostics with clients, to help identify inefficiencies due to manual processes, lack of technology, etc. These clients are always surprised at the money our solutions are able to free up, enabling them to reinvest back into their business!
