ABOUT LISA DUONG
My academic and professional interests focus on public health advocacy, particularly in advancing equity for underrepresented minorities and women in medicine. I am deeply committed to addressing systemic health disparities through inclusive policy, culturally competent care, and equitable representation. A key area of my advocacy involves expanding access to HIV/AIDS education, prevention, and treatment in marginalized communities, where the burden of disease is often greatest. Through research, outreach, and policy reform, I aim to contribute to a more just and responsive public health system.
