As President-Elect (2025–2026) of the Rotary Club of Ashland, I lead fundraising strategy, member engagement, and board operations while preparing to assume the presidency. I direct the planning and execution of our 2026 fundraising dinner, That’s Amore! A Celebration of Giving (April 23, 2026)—including sponsorships, live and silent auctions, program design, run-of-show, and vendor management (emcee/auctioneer, print, venue). I implemented a team-captain model to boost member participation, launched the Community Impact Team (meeting in August, December, and April) to coach proposals ahead of board reviews (September, January, and May), and strengthened sponsor stewardship and in-kind partnerships. I also modernized tools and workflows (OneCause, branded Canva assets, Google Forms) to increase transparency and volunteer efficiency, and coordinate with the Ashland Rotary Foundation to align projects with 501(c)(3) guidelines. Our most recent cycle raised approximately gross and net, expanding our capacity for local community projects and Rotary’s global service.
