I realized I could take everything I knew about content production and editorial workflows, and build systems that reduced the manual overhead. Email chains for approvals? Structured in SharePoint with automated routing. Task tracking across spreadsheets? Centralized and visible. Status meetings to chase updates? Reduced because the data was already there.At Data Center Knowledge, those systems helped me manage 15 freelance writers while doubling page views every month. Now at The Panoply Group, I\'m doing what I do best: bringing structure to how tech organizations tell their stories to the people who matter most - customers, employees, and stakeholders.I\'ve helped companies like Digital Realty and SANS speak clearly about where they\'ve been and what they\'re doing now.
