I am a passionate, results-oriented real estate professional with 20+ years of progressive leadership experience across high-profile commercial, retail, and mixed-use assets. With Hospitality, Marketing and Specialty Leasing as my foundation, I deliver customer service excellence and continuously seek innovative strategic partnerships across multiple disciplines, departments, and stakeholders. As a general manager, I am conscientious and insist upon compliance, observing best practices in procurement, health and safety, security, and sustainability. I uphold the duty of care to all stakeholders and prudent spending above all else. I am recognized for administrative and operational excellence, collaborative leadership, effective communications, diligent risk management, and business continuity. I am proud of my proven track record in galvanizing teams, managing high-performing teams, enhancing operational efficiencies, driving stakeholder engagement, and delivering customer service excellence with strategic business outcomes. Our customers are many and varied: Retailers/Tenants, their customers, the community at large, multiple vendor partners, and of course, ownerships. Each stakeholder has unique needs and expectations. Our work encapsulates such diverse disciplines - from marketing to long-view capital budgeting - enabling so much insight and opportunity for continuous development.
