Day-to-day management responsibilities of the contract execution workflow for the GroupPurchasing Organization (GPO). Business Analyst for the Agile sessions for Scrum planning meetings, daily standup meetings,backlog grooming sessions, and retrospective meetings. Collaborate and support the Agile Delivery team utilizing McKesson Technology’s Agile framework to resolve defects and build enhancements.Translate business requirements (defects and enhancements) to the assigned Technology Scrum team. Clearly define and document user story requirements in JIRA. Communicate requirements and value drivers during prioritization planning sessions. Perform and support stakeholders through User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and ensure Salesforce configurations meet business requirements.Responsible for executing in the creation and delivering of all end of quarter/end of month(EOQ/EOM) reporting to our partners per the GPO contract terms. Assist in work stream toautomate and enhance efficiency in this area through process improvements in the use of Salesforce and Conga. Participate in the contract review process lending insight and influence into the negotiations, strategy, and implementation of contracts. Prepare contractual agreements using current research methods and a knowledge of a customer needs and ability to fulfill its requirements.Collaborate with the business development, and legal teams. Review contract terms and conditions to verify that they are following company policies and all applicable federal and state regulations.
