Divorce and My Passion to Give BackAs a health and wellness coach I also provide self-care support for men and women navigating life before, during and after divorce. Through my own personal divorce experience and the noticeable lack of resources available at that time, it has been my privilege to work with VESTA. VESTA is a collaborative group of professionals that offer resources ranging from legal, financial, parenting, health and wellness, therapeutic and real estate.Our purpose is to help you come out the other side feeling whole, educated, empowered and positive. Self-care is the foundation of clarity of mind, energy and confidence that you need when making important life changing decisions.Self-care includes good nutrition, movement, sleep, and gratitude.
