ABOUT LISA C.

I have a strong desire to help business become a force for good through sustainable finance. How businesses invest and operate matters more to our society and environment now than ever before.I am passionate about sustainability and motivating others to integrate sustainability into their business models. I love working on new challenges, consulting with clients and colleagues and designing market leading strategies to enhance decision making.I have +3 years experience leading ESG Product Strategy at Moodys. Developing new ESG and Climate solutions to integrate across insurance and underwriting, lending, investing, disclosure and regulation and corporate supply chain management. Amongst my previous experiences I had the privilege of starting up a new fintech business for Bloomberg and growing it into a disruptive competitor in the global electronic trading space in equities, ETFs and derivatives. In my +25 years in financial services and technology I have worn many hats and developed a deep range of valuable business skills, personal experiences and industry knowledge. I have led business development & market strategy in Europe and Asia and responded to complex market structure challenges and new regulations.Other successful projects include building a competitive European dark pool aggregator, implementing company-wide best execution procedures, market surveillance tools, designing algorithmic trading for European markets, governance and compliance systems, transaction reporting, and translating new regulation into business opportunities.
