I saw an opportunity to provide high quality Sales, Management and Technical apprenticeship programmes, bespoke training and consultative services to businesses. Increased government funding for apprenticeships has provided an opportunity for us to match high-quality applicants to the most appropriate positions, at a very low cost to the employer. We also offer a range of other HR skills, on a consultancy basis. SMEs often need these skills, but can’t afford to employ a specialist full-time. iSales bridge this gap, enabling you to access our range of transformational services, on a consultancy basis.
