Serve as a coach and leader, helping nurture and develop the Team’s skills to achieve their career goals while increasing impact on the business.\\\\n• Manage day to day operations, goal setting, career development, performance management, and growth of team members.\\\\n• Lead onboarding as well as continued training and professional development.\\\\n• Partner with the Operations leaders to refine the Team’s work roadmap to ensure that all work remains trackable, measurable, and achievable.\\\\n• Regularly work with C-level staff to review and communicate project priorities, progress against KPIs, and staffing/budget requirements.\\\\n• Serve as point of escalation for both internal and external issues as necessary.\\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n
