As a Learning Experience Designer for the Mandel Global Leadership + Learning Institute at Cleveland Clinic, I work with a variety of caregivers and teams to design professional development and learning programs to support our caregivers. My focus is primarily on supporting our nursing audience, ensuring our nurses have access to quality resources, programs, and educational support to help them succeed at every point in their career.Previous + current projects and initiatives managed include-Designer for cultural onboarding training at the new Neurological Institute building (opening 2027)-Designer for the creation of the Nurse Leadership Academy programs, including the Nurse Manager Transition to Practice experience-Created suite of one-page resources for matrix leaders-Redesigned Harnessing Potential, the Lead Forward program for high-potential individual contributors-Redesigned the new caregiver orientation for Patient Care Nurse Assistants (PCNAs), including professional and clinical skills content-Creation of Inpatient and Ambulatory Nurse Manager orientation checklists-Creation of resources for support roles across Cleveland Clinic, including mentors, coaches, peer sponsors, and preceptors-Project Lead on both the Nurse Manager and PCNA orientation projects-Department sponsor for undergraduate internship program, summer 2025
