Lisa Besserman, Founder of Startup Buenos Aires, has been named as Business Insider’s “Top 100 Most Influential Women in Tech” as well as the “Business Innovator of Latin America” by the Council of the Americas. Lisa currently serves as the Head Employee Success for Global Technology at JPMorgan Chase.As Global Technology’s Head of Employee Success, Lisa partners directly with CIOs, iCTOs, and line-of-business leaders to ensure the firm’s employees have access to high-performing, intuitive technology tools. Her work bridges product innovation with enterprise-scale GTM deployment, translating employee needs into impactful solutions that improve employee experience & business outcomes across the organization.She previously served as the Head of Innovation and Product Strategy across JPMorgan Chase operations and Head of the Emerging Technology Accelerator. Prior to her time at JPMC, she was the Managing Director at Expa VC, a $350M venture fund and startup studio investing in early stage startups.Previously, Lisa served as the Head of Program at Indeed’s Corporate Incubator, the product innovation arm of the $8B company. In this role, Lisa led operations, team management, strategy, & program development.Lisa was the Founder and CEO of Startup Buenos Aires (acquired), an accelerator program that supported startups throughout Latin America.
