About Lisa Ball-McIsaac
My leadership philosophy and approach is based on Brené Brown’s “Dare to Lead” curriculum. I have over 20 years of experience working in the field of behavioral and mental health and over 23 years of active continuous personal recovery. I have enjoyed living in the Asheville, NC community since 2008. I received my degree in Psychology from the University of North Carolina and I am a Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor. I am currently receiving my Master\'s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I am a Certified Yoga Instructor, Certified Reiki Master, and a Somatic Experiencing™ Practitioner. I am the Owner and Executive Director of Middle River Sober Living in Asheville, NC, Founder and Operator of Insight Recovery Center in Asheville, NC, and Founder and former Chief Operating Officer of Crest View Recovery Center from 2015 to 2020.
