ABOUT LISA BABCOCK
For the past almost 20 years, I have enjoyed working in the banking industry. I am the Manager: Credit Administration & Commercial Adjudication and work in the Centralized Lending Department at Kootenay Savings Credit Union. Our team provides support to our retail and commercial sales team, managers, and external members with credit administration. We strive to provide the highest member service to ensure all our credit union members are receiving trusted, knowledgeable advice.I have worked in various positions and locations across KSCU such as branches, the Collections Department, Commercial Credit Admin Department, Credit Support, and the Member Experience department. I currently am working on my Business Lending Accreditation and will be completed later in 2024. I enjoy volunteering my time and am currently on the KBRH Health Foundation board and the Trail Little League Board.
