As a Human Resources Professional, I have experience in the worlds of both private & public government & non-profit sectors within healthcare, government, and financial services. I apply skills from many professional and personal experiences, including degrees of both Human Resources Management (HRM) as an HR Business Partner, and Human Services that drives by ability to build rapport, communicate, and drive influence. I easily adapt to change and thrive in the excitement. I like to get my hands dirty in process improvements, progressive business strategy, and employee engagement & relations initiatives. I am an engaged individual who loves my HR career as it is never-ending in learning & growth opportunities. I play an active role in servant leadership and have an immense passion for people and building their strengths through empowerment, relationship, and rapport. I have a proven record of changing the face of HR towards internal customers and will strive to continue breaking the barriers in strategically forming a positive employment lifecycle.
