In front of a classroom or leading a team, I love bringing people together and getting things done.At BYU’s Marriott School of Business, I teach business communication and GlobalHub, mentoring some of the brightest students in the country—helping them write with precision, design with impact, present with confidence, and make an international impact.Beyond teaching, I focus on course innovation-Refreshing the MCom 320 textbook and assignments to model concise, compelling communication-Reimagining MBA and undergraduate courses to be more effective and inclusive of women\'s experience-Supporting GlobalHub student teams as they create international business resources and present at conferences-Advising the AI in Business Society as they prepare peers for a professional world shaped by AI.What ties it all together is my belief that students learn best when they see relevance, feel supported, and are challenged to innovate. Whether in business communication, global business, or AI in education, my work centers on preparing students to thrive in a fast-changing world.
