Design, manage, and lead a diverse portfolio of student engagement opportunities and programs targeted to undergrad and graduate students across Harvard\'s twelve schools who share an interest in the science of early childhood development. Develop and build relationships to connect students to the Center and to each other, and support and build interdisciplinary learning communities. Design and manage Center\'s Science and Innovation Fellowship Program, designed to prepare advanced doctoral students to serve as emerging leaders and change agents in their respective fields. Organize monthly skill-building workshops to help fellows foster, build, and develop skills in communications framing, personal narrative, multi-disciplinary thinking, knowledge translation, and leadership. Lead outreach, recruitment, and review process for annual selection of cohort. Manage fellowship\'s capstone interdisciplinary roundtables, hosted by each fellow with an invited group of experts. Design, organize, and outreach to internal and external experts, including Harvard faculty, researchers, practitioners, and policymakers to arrange programs, forums, workshops, and seminars including Student Seminar Lecture Series, Doctoral Student Leadership Collaborative, and Early Career Network for post-doctoral fellows and early career scholars.
