Attach thumbnail images; resize if necessary; update topic category tags to optimize member search results.Member OnboardingFirst point of contact for new memberships walking through of the website for best experience. Contact every 6 weeks for continued support of the membership opportunities. Email communications for customer support.Expert | Event Speaker ManagerCommunicate monthly with experts for content submissions. Track topics & submission date; update publishing schedule; newsletter inclusions; social media postings; prepare individual published content articles engagement reports monthly for each expert, 30-60-90-day reviews. Design & publish expert landing pages maintaining updates with published content and or all changes requested by the expert. Actively recruiting of new experts to the program; grew the program to 144 active content producing experts within first 6 months of managing the program.
