WH Properties is a well-established business providing modern accommodation for Sheffield students. The company is managed by Lindsay and Lisa Wiseman, the proprietors of the organisation who personally supervises every aspect of the business. We offer an unparalleled level of service. Our properties are for 2-25 students and are situated in: Crookesmoor Crookes Walkley Our properties are maintained to the highest standards which means they tend to get booked up quickly during November and December. Accommodation We have accommodation available for 2-25 students all located within easy reach of the university and local amenities and are situated in the popular locations of Crookesmoor, Crookes and Walkley. All properties are double glazed and have gas and electrical certificates and comply with current fire regulations. All houses are equipped with double beds, separate lounges and houses over 4 bedrooms have two separate bathrooms/shower rooms. As a responsible landlord our properties are registered with Sheffield University and with Sheffield City Council under the House in Multiple Occupation schemes, are members of the Sheffield Responsible Landlords scheme and of The Residential Landlord Association.
