As the HR Manager (GBS) for North America at BHP, I have the privilege of leading the talent acquisition and onboarding strategy, Service Partnership and Payroll team for the Potash, Canada and USA business units. The potash Jansen project alone is a 14B CAD project for the Saskatchewan province of Canada.
