She is currently leading a team of scientists responsible for providing technical expertise on ingredients to enable new business opportunities, manage costs and address/resolve manufacturing issues.Lisa has held a variety of positions at Campbell\'s focused on developing innovative new products and technologies including V8 V-Fusion, Prego Heart Smart, and proprietary manufacturing processes for Soup. Her experience encompasses Product Development, Process Research & Development, Science & Technology and Quality. Prior to joining Campbell\'s Lisa worked for M&M/Mars holding roles in Process Engineering and Operations. Lisa has a Masters Degree in Technology Management from the University of Pennsylvania School of Engineering and Applied Science and Wharton School of Business. Her undergraduate degrees is a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Northwestern University.
