I am passionate about Lean Consulting and Business Process Mapping. I can apply the tools and techniques to any industry.I can also deliver simple and practical training to help improve your business & achieve a state of Operational and Lean Excellence. I have a number of years experience as a Lean Business Consultant, Business Improvement Manager, Lean leader & Manufacturing /Industrial Engineer. Other previous positions include Business Improvement Prime, Lean Business Process Consultant, Performance Manager, Lean Transformation Change Agent and Forensic Science Officer. My most recent roles have been within the Financial Services Industry and the Rates Office doing process improvement. Also leaning processes out getting them ready for RPA There are a lot of Business Improvement Consultants out there who \"know what the end result should look like\" but have not travelled the journey to Operational and Lean Excellence within organisations themselves. I have been hands on in a number of companies including, Lloyds Bank, Daniel Bank, easyJet, Vodafone, Bombardier, FG Wilson and Survitec Group & I know how to get you to a state of Operational Excellence quicker. How? Simple and effective ways that work and avoiding pitfalls to progress you to Operational and Lean Excellence. I can deliver practical Business Improvement Training, advice and mentoring which includes but is not limited to the following : 1.
