As the Senior VP, Human Capital, Lisa ensures alignment of human resources and learning and development with MNP’s strategies and goals while preserving our culture and values. She works collaboratively with local offices, to ensure MNP has relevant, efficient and proactive programs to attract, train, and retain top talent. The human resources team researches, designs, and implements high quality programs for talent management, total rewards, organizational design, people technology, and risk management. The learning and development team ensures high quality professional development that enables MNP\'s team to have the skills, knowledge and competencies necessary to provide services that are valued by our clients.
