ABOUT LISA VORCE
While working in Pediatric Ophthalmology at UMHS – I volunteered to pilot the CBW workflow program, which became an integral part of the UMHS Ambulatory care check in/check out process.•Ypsilanti lab through UMHS pathology satellite labs relocated downstairs from the practice it was located in and although working part time, I played a vital role in setting up the lab and its equipment in the new location as well as ordering pathology stock for both the medical practice and lab. •Also working part time at UMHS Center for Reproductive Medicine – when the secretary left, I took over her role in creating and maintaining patient education folders, I actually reorganized the whole process so that documents necessary were easily accessible and education material is organized so that anyone could make one if necessary as well as making staff meeting agendas and typing up weekly meeting minutes.
