About Lisa van Kesteren

I have 30 years of experience in many different types of companies - public and private, large and small. In 2008 I started my own company - SeeLevel HX - and spent the last 15 years building it until my successful exit in 2021. During that time, I raised capital and made 2 acquisitions in addition to growing the company organically; and ultimately I sold it in 2021. At SeeLevel HX, our mission was primarily to provide our clients with honest and objective feedback on the customer journey and we did this by crafting innovative programs designed to measure their performance to KPI’s. Secondly our goal was to help them understand how to use that information to improve - to increase market share, profitability, outperform competition or otherwise support their strategy; and this was accomplished with information analysis and storytelling. Our client companies crossed many industries and our contacts themselves sat in various departmental seats from Loss Prevention to Marketing to Customer Experience, Operations, Finance, Training and HR - almost all at the C-Level. I’m now able to bring these diverse perspectives and experiences to all of my clients, as well as a strong commitment to excellence, collaboration, and innovation. I graduated Cum Laude from UMD with a BA in CJ; and Summa Cum Laude from Kennesaw University with an MBA. In addition, I was a member of the EY Winning Women Class of 2018 and a winner of the March of Dimes award for involvement in the community.
