At twofold, a branding scale-up, we pride ourselves on being a global neurodiverse agency, and the first of its kind. As a team of neurodiverse individuals, we are passionate about bringing employer brands to life, from strategy to execution, from attraction to alumni. As their Director of Client Service and Employer Brand, I\'m responsible for: managing all global projects cross-team and across clients ensuring that they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards serving as the VP of Operations to ensure that documentation, processes, and general work standards are effective and of high standards to facilitate twofold\'s transition from startup to scale-up phase building a thriving internal culture and brand showcasing our DEIB and neurodiverse efforts by highlighting our unique perspectives and insights creating employer brand strategies for twofold and clients, utilising my expertise and experience to develop and implement effective strategies that successfully bring their brands to market generating content for internal and external communication to promote twofold as a neurodiverse agency and inspire others to embrace neurodiversity and recognise the value it brings to a business.
