About Lisa Tomich

I am responsible for all aspects of property management including owner and asset manager relations, team support and oversight, team member engagement and retention, building operations and efficiencies, capital planning, asset preservation, and fiduciary stewardship. With twenty years’ experience in the real estate management industry, I have gained a wealth of knowledge and understanding into the operations of various asset types. I have led multi-family lease ups through stabilization, opened new commercial office and retail developments, activated districts while creating tenant and guest experiences, and helped orchestrate acquisitions and dispositions. I oversee a team responsible for management and engineering operations across a portfolio of highly active, Class A, mixed-use properties comprised of office, retail, hotel, and multi-family assets with Property Association and Condo Association components. These districts include CityCentre Houston, Century Square College Station, East River Houston, Memorial Green Houston and Kings Harbor Kingwood. I have also partnered with non-profit organizations to oversee facility management of their campuses. Client experience includes Stockbridge, Sentinel, Trigate, Heitman, Cathexis and Midway.
