Managing multiple funding sources working with 4 vendors on large complex team and scope. • In support of Mayo Clinic’s 2030 digital strategy and to ensure protection from global information security threats increasing in complexity and scale, established critical security protections for over 550 internet facing applications in Mayo Clinic’s digital property portfolio and laid groundwork for CDH domain management.• Launched Clinical Digital Products and RPM Data Analytics dashboard development of new Secure Messaging data mart and dashboard index with Tableau links which will decrease number of team members and time needed to create dashboards, metrics, reports, and increase metric quality. • Successful on time program launch of Digital Patient Check Symptoms assessment tool for first 5 clinical conditions providing patients new digital options to manage care from home.• Enterprise Video Equipment Provisioning and Installation Ph 2 - project closed 3 months earlier than planned with expanded scope and enterprise installations of over cameras/headsets that greatly supported the practice during Covid and beyond.• Worked closely with practice to successfully implement three Teladoc Health device deployments for Teleneonatology and enterprise Telestroke acute care digital services to improve acute patient outcomes.
