I\'m a learning leader who is passionate about people! People and relationships make the organization, not the other way around. I get excited when I\'m building a culture that fosters both an external focus resulting in student success, as well as an internal focus that builds collaborative and innovative systems of operation and grows people! My experience as an Aspen Presidential Fellow for Community College Excellence in 20••••19 reaffirmed and strengthened my commitment to deep learning, completion, equity and labor market outcomes for our students and ultimately our communities. I specialize in: strategic planning, accreditation processes, curriculum and instructional design, program development, technological innovations in learning, project facilitation and data-informed decision making. I relish the opportunity to design and implement change management. All my projects were collaborative efforts that changed the status quo by bringing groups together to challenge each other\'s thinking and adapting best practices to suit our institution.
