I led successful groundbreaking teams in a number of never-before-done software development projects at the Dept of Homeland Security & Dept of Defense and pioneered the application of Agile Analytics in the federal space. Recently, our strides in introducing emerging technologies such as Databricks has caught the attention of industry leaders for our innovation in harnessing the power of these products and showcasing the art of the possible. As an operational leader and Agile enthusiast I motivate my teams to apply technology to provide value to our users, and to provide solutions for true stakeholder problems rather than solutions for the sake of technology.As a former developer and DBA, I am especially excited by all things data, and believe that data and metrics should be the foundation of executing and measuring successful software development programs.
