Responsible for reviewing and managing the technical aspects of planning projects, including the management of DuPage County\'s role as the lead agency for the DuPage County Continuum of Care. Coordinate strategic efforts to prevent and end homelessness with community partners and other stakeholders through collaboration, capacity-building, and system change. Serving the DuPage County Continuum of Care in the role of the Continuum Planner, assisting in the planning and development of the HUD NOFO grant application, responsible for oversight and monitoring of projects in accordance with HUD and CoC regulations. Engage with CoC providers to review and evaluate housing and service capacity to improve overall CoC performance. Communicate with Continuum Committee members and high level administrators/managers, appropriately transmit information and regularly correspond with partner agencies and other applicable entities. Review and update operating policies and procedures and implement improvements as needed.
