Responsible for overseeing the environmental sustainability performance of the Firm and developing, implementing and monitoring environmental strategies/policies that promote sustainable development across the company internationally- Identifying and leading the Firms carbon neutral/Net Zero strategy. This includes reviewing Scope 1,2 and 3 emissions and corresponding SBTis- Chairing the firm\'s Environmental Steering Committee and providing support to relevant office/country environmental leads as required- Setting organisational sustainability targets, developing plans to meet those targets and overseeing their delivery- Audits, analyses and reports on the firm\'s environmental performance (including emissions data) for both internal and external consumption (clients/regulatory bodies)- Works closely with the Business Development team to assist with bid submission information or requests from clients- Producing contributions for executive reports and presenting progress updates to the board- Influencing the sustainable procurement process for all goods and services obtained by the firm working closely Procurement- Responsible for ensuring statutory environmental/sustainability reports are produced in a timely manner (e.g Annual Environmental Report, SECR)- Leading on communication of environmental activities including coordination the firm\'s global environmental week. Promoting and raising awareness, at all levels of the firm, of the impact of emerging environmental issues and the firm\'s response- Involved in project teams for office moves/retrofitting of the company\'s offices- Developing and maintaining the firm\'s environmental management systems incl management of ISO 14001 processes and systems. Working closely with Facilities Managers/Consultants to maintain ISO 14001 accreditation.
