I am a strategic and innovative Senior HR Executive who translates business vision into people strategies and initiatives that fuel growth and improve performance, profitability and employee engagement. I’ve spent my entire 30+ year career at Accenture working in the government sector. As the Chief Human Resources Officer at Accenture Federal Services (AFS), I lead all aspects of People Strategy and Human Resources for a employee organization, including: Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Resource Management, People Planning & Forecasting, Compensation & Benefits, Performance Management, Employee Relations, HR Technology and Merger & Acquisitions.When Accenture created AFS as a US based subsidiary in 2010, I created the new HR organization & processes and led the people aspects of the organizational transformation. In the years since, AFS tripled in size through both organic and inorganic growth, affording me the opportunity to lead the HR strategy and people transition for more than a dozen successful acquisitions.I wake up every day thinking about how we will further improve our employee experience to continue to attract and retain the very best people. My top two strengths per the Gallup Strengths Finder are Strategic-Activator. I employ these qualities to be a credible change catalyst who is respected and listened to because of my knowledge of the business, vision for a better future, and the confidence to translate that into action.I have a BA in Organizational Behavior and Human Resource Management from the University of Michigan. I’ve been fortunate to make Austin, Texas my home since 1995, but I’ll always be a Wolverine. Go Blue!
