About Lisa Shepherd
Currently, I am an advisor with the University Talent Attraction team here at ConocoPhillips, where I run the Intern Program, from coordinating onboarding, planning welcome and farewell events, to coordinating large engagement opportunities for interns to perform community service, interact with leaders, network with various functions and much more! I also was an advisor in our Benefits Group where I coordinated Annual Enrollment, worked on strategy for various Health and Welfare plans, and implement wellness programs and oversee the health incentive program for our U.S. employees. Earlier with the company, I worked in Executive Compensation and handled monthly deferred compensation and coordinating quarterly dividends and annual grants for the Board of Directors. Additionally, I work with the Benefits team regarding coordination of several legally required documents such as the Annual Funding Notice, Form 5500s, and Summary Annual Reports. I have a great amount of experience handling logistics for large events surrounding benefits, such as Annual Enrollment Benefits Road Shows and Biometric Screenings.
